Violation of Law

Arrest and/or conviction for violation of federal, state, or local law (either on or off College property) may result in disciplinary action where, in the judgment of the College officials, the individual represents a potential threat to the safety and security of the College community. The College reserves the right to refuse acceptance to prospective or former students who have criminal records including conviction of a felony, offenses involving moral turpitude, or other offenses of serious character.
